Who is Ariel?

Ariel has dedicated her professional life to the study and practice of psychoanalysis since 2015. With a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Arts Therapy from The New School and a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies, she has cultivated a robust understanding of the human psyche. Further enriching her expertise, she completed post-graduate studies at the Institute for Expressive Analysis.

Ariel utilizes a blend of psychoanalytic, Socratic, and existential therapy for children and adults, integrating diverse modalities to address individual needs. Her holistic approach emphasizes the arts as a means to reveal unconscious patterns, promoting personal growth and healing. Through compassion, she empowers clients to explore their inner worlds and gain transformative insights.

Navigating New York City with her dog, Tiberia, Ariel finds joy in parks, museums, and folk music. She builds resilience through bouldering and working out, balancing her healthcare career with global travel, and occasionally partaking in a game of Dungeons and Dragons. She puts her heart and soul into her psychotherapeutic work, applying honesty, trust, and flexibility.
